Revisions in Pay and Pay Frequency!

Good day to you all from the Bureau of Justice,
Recently there has been some problems regarding the frequency of pay and such, I would like to address this issue with everyone. Foundation Team has decided to revert back to Daily Pay, effective immediately. However pay may vary depending on the rank of our fellow workers and may also vary between the amount of people who are active on a daily basis. Pay timings will still be held around 2 to 3PM GMT, and will be alternated between Foundation Team. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that this would further encourage the members of the Bureau of Justice.

Can you put on the rank list the in command like cabinet 1ic and mod 4iC and that?
and i forgot how do i change the rnak cause im a mod now
